Describe the bug
The playback controls in the epo-widget-lib atomic/Blinker component are not centered when the ElapsedTime component is not included. (Technically they aren't centered in either case, but thats intended with ElapsedTime)
To Reproduce
This can be observed in the Blinker's page in the epo-widget-lib Storybook

The playback controls should be centered when the ElapsedTime component is not included
