Non-Matlab implementation

Hi Luke - you don't have any plans to implement this in something other than matlab do you? We are interested in incorporating it into an ongoing project but its not really compatible with matlab. Just thought I would check!

Hi Jean, I haven't previously had plans to do so, but I do have a new project using FMR and think it would be worthwhile to do this.

Would you just need FMR itself, or would you also need the various post-processing functions (like predict_future_GWAS)?

I think we just need FMR itself. I am most interested in the parameters of the mixture distribution. For a bit more context, I wrote a summary statistic simulation package (https://jean997.github.io/GWASBrewer/) and we are trying to develop some extensions and utilities for it that allow it to simulate more realistic effect size distributions. I thought FMR seemed like a good option.
