Query - Gallery Split for ReID

Hey,

I'm not able to find the query and gallery set for the dataset. Is there an official query - gallery split for re-identification?
If not, hows the dataset used as a reid dataset?

• verification.csv which is binary label 1,0 for pair of images
• val.txt, train.csv and test.csv and reidentification.csv which are only filenames

My apologies if I'm missing something here. I'm looking for a query and gallery split, which one set of image embeddings (query) can be matched with (gallery). Generally, a gallery has multiple instances of a query and vice versa (multiple instances of the same animals in the query).

In our paper, the task of re-id is to classify test images into trained classes. reidentification.csv includes filenames and their class ids.
The task you mentioned may be verification in our paper.
