ci(customizations): add tag-based release workflow and simplify release feed auth

Adds automated release support for the Axlis.Customizations package family with a dedicated tag-driven pipeline and related release metadata updates.

• Adds a new customizations release workflow triggered by version tags to build, pack, and publish the customizations artifacts.
• Removes the Sitecore feed authentication step from the customizations release path to simplify the pipeline and avoid unnecessary credentials handling.
• Updates versioning metadata and release notes content to align with the new customizations release process and v0.3.0 cadence.

Result:

• Customizations packages can be released independently through a clear, repeatable CI/CD path.
• Release configuration is leaner and easier to maintain.
