Set up unit testing in CI

We should use Roblox's new Luau execution session API to perform unit tests in the cloud for Matter.

This would help us in making sure unit tests pass before PRs are merged, as right now we manually run tests and there's a good chance it gets forgotten at some step along the way.

Assigning this to you @LastTalon because I feel like it's up your alley. It will require you to make a place on your account and set up an API key in the secrets that's scoped to writing to the place and reading/writing to the Luau execution sessions
