Allow resizing Tidal console

It would be great to allow resizing and/or dismissing the Tidal console at the bottom of the editor, as it takes up a significant amount of real estate in the window

#89 should make the console a bit less of a headache, as it hides the console automatically on any evaluation that doesn't itself produce console messages. I agree that resizing (and maybe a couple of other behavior configurations) should be supported long-term
