Cross-cutting UI standardization (requested before slice 7). DataTable gains client-side sorting (asc/desc/off, fr localeCompare, aria-sort) + accented status labels + lucide Eye; transporter Trips/Vehicles/Routes/Bookings lists become sortable DataTables (French tabs, confirms, role=alert errors); DashboardTabs split 547->213 lines (rowActions/tabConfig); unused @tanstack/react-table v9-alpha dep removed. Verified: web tsc clean, dashboard-v2 vitest 51/51. Sorting is per loaded page; server-side sort + admin tables need backend orderBy (slice-8).
