docs(landscape): add architecture intelligence landmarks

What does this change?

Adds six recent external Architecture Intelligence landmark candidates to docs/landscape.md:

• Bipul Sinha — evidence-backed relationships, identity resolution, and deterministic discovery before AI interpretation;
• SDLC Playbook — documentation decay and evidence-derived architecture views;
• MobiLab Axium — model-first Semantic AI / Architecture Intelligence;
• ArchSmith — intent-first semantic Architecture Intelligence and traceable generated artifacts;
• Michael Smith — the shift from production toward architectural judgment and authentication as AI lowers production cost;
• TypeSafe AI / Jev — typed probabilistic judgment as an adjacent reasoning primitive, with the explicit boundary model confidence ≠ evidence qualification.

Existing landscape landmarks for Glamorous Toolkit / Moldable Development and Jeff Sussna / Promise Thinking were also checked against the new candidate notes. They already contain the stronger validated AIP×GT flow and the intent ≠ cooperation/behavior ≠ assessment distinction respectively, so they are deliberately not duplicated or rewritten.

The landscape map is updated to include the new entries and the review date moves to 2026-09-22.

The additions explicitly preserve AIP's differentiation around evidence applicability, exact identity/reconciliation, qualification, provenance, bounded uncertainty, snapshot context, and Current-State/Intent separation. They are research/positioning references only and add no roadmap scope.

• all six new entries and navigation links are present once;
• no specifications, roadmap, runtime behavior, or public contracts are changed.
