Support scoped routes

Currently Passwordless' routes need to be defined at the root level. Would be nice if we could support scoping and nesting, like requested in #205, ie:

scope ":locale" do
    passwordless_for :users

Hey @mikker I ran into the same limitation and put together PR #259 to add support for nested/scoped routes. It updates passwordless_for so it works inside Rails scopes while staying backward-compatible. It also includes tests and README updates with usage examples.

Would love your feedback on whether this approach aligns with the project’s direction.
