Integrate Transducer Face Heating with Thermal Sims

Branch mlp6-thermal has two files that have hard-coded adaptations for face heating simulations: field2dynaFaceHeating.m and makeFaceHeating.m. These could either be incorporated into the existing field2dyna.m and makeLoadsTemps.m or simplified to operate as standalone components in a face heating simulation workflow for later combination with the other thermal simulations
The hard-coded transducer dimensions should be revised to read from the probe configuration file.

Hold off on integrating the FaceHeating.m files into the rest of the code as they'll likely be changing in the near future. These files apply face heating by assigning an initial temperature across the transducer face using *INITIAL_TEMPERATURE_NODE, but to maintain the temperature over time and vary it with the thermocouple measured temperatures curves, I think *BOUNDARY_TEMPERATURE_NODE will need to be used.

@matthew-huber did you ever make changes to the BC instead of IC approach to the face heating stuff, or did that not materialize?

I ended up getting pulled off this to work on other projects. If there is someone else thinking about continuing this effort I can refresh myself on where I was at and see if I can help them get started!
