This doesn't actually type the responses, so we're still doing a lot of unchecked dictionary lookups, but it's a bit better tha nothing.
This more cleanly fulfills the role of the MDN URL and the caniuse.com URL. Chrome have started to require this as part of their Intent emails (see e.g. https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/8LdEcW1CkNo) and it provides a useful way to link to bugzilla and to data from other browser vendors.
