Feature request: support for Weiss Int 202/203 DDCs

Weiss Int is a very nice DDC (my Esoteric is hooked up via it), but drivers are not developed and were dropped around macOS 10.11.
It would be awesome to have it supported.

My guess — it's not quite hard to do. It was pretty high end stuff, and I don't have the hardware to test with.

I could test, as long as that does not require some exotic equipment. I have macOS on arm64, x86_64 and powerpc here.

Ok, no promises, but you could try dev branch:

I was wrong about its unidirectional. It's only partially true: interface have only analog outputs (so core audio creates audio device with 0 inputs and 2 outputs) but hw is still producing TX stream (hw->host) which is used for sync/timestamps.

Also this commit to Linux is priceless because it's confirmed valid stream geometry from Weiss engineers.

Driver may build for Intel architecture, but it will not work.
