Implemented the Phase 1 production foundations for the EchoEd UI/UX overhaul. - Activated approved design tokens in production styles with legacy compatibility aliases - Added role-aware shell navigation and canonical destinations for student, teacher, instructor, content admin, org admin, admin, and super admin-compatible users - Migrated the authenticated shell, header, sidebar, mobile navigation, and access-denied state - Added shared confirmation dialog and skeleton primitives - Expanded shared state panel support for permission and success states - Updated login routing so students land on `/learn` - Reframed visible commercial/investor-facing labels as community/access/stewardship language while preserving route compatibility - Added Phase 1 production documentation and route migration notes - Updated OpenSpec task checkboxes for completed Phase 1 scope Validation: - `npm run build` passes - `npm test -- --watch=false --browsers=ChromeHeadless` passes with 210 specs - `openspec validate overhaul-role-based-ui-ux-experience --strict` passes Notes: - No backend files, database schema, auth contracts, or API contracts were changed - Playwright demo smoke was attempted but blocked by local backend/database state returning `/api/ auth/token` 500 - Full role dashboard redesigns are intentionally deferred
