Resetting gets stuck on black screen

When pressing ctrl + r to reset the screen goes black and never moves from there. Should reset to the title screen.

Thanks for the report! This is fixed in v1.6.6: https://github.com/mstan/MegaManXSNESRecomp/releases/tag/v1.6.6

Ctrl+R now restarts the game from its opening instead of getting stuck on a black screen. It works whether you press it on the title screen or in the middle of a stage.

Could you give it a try and let me know whether it works for you? I'm leaving this open until you confirm.
