The star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart and its link at the new instance so the graph renders again.

The star history chart in the README no longer renders because the stargazer data it relies on is restricted. This updates the chart and its link to point at a working mirror of the service, so the graph is visible again.
