Improve Embedded Model Selector UI and Provide Default Model in Docker Container

Problem

The embedded model selector/variant dropdown for choosing a model (see screenshot below) appears cluttered and unattractive. It has poor visual hierarchy and UX, making model selection harder for users.

Additionally, at least one model should be delivered pre-configured or embedded with the Docker container, so users can use the tool without additional setup.

• Redesign the model selector for a clearer, more modern, and user-friendly UI.
• Ensure at least one model is provided and pre-configured out of the box when using the Docker container.
