Description
Lots of discussions happened in the last year or so around NAP 9; our understanding of it matured, and we also moved forward with several of its important parts. This PR updates NAP 9 to be more up to date with all this, as well as some of the relevant changes in napari itself.
I'm also moving it to
Provisionally Accepted, which I think better reflects the reality of our stance towards it (if not even fullyAccepted:P).
