My work usually starts with understanding how a process actually works, then turning it into system behaviour, data structures, documentation, and something people can reliably use.
I’m involved across development, deployment, and production support, and I’m particularly interested in the messy boundary where code, people, process, and real operational constraints meet.
The hardest bugs are not always in the code. Sometimes they live quietly in the workflow, waiting for someone to say:
“But we usually do it like this.”
And somehow, that “usual process” has 12 hidden exceptions, 3 undocumented rules, and one person who just knows how it works.
