Background Turn Red When Data Refresh & Title Background

I notice that the table always turns to red background automatically for short time whenever table content updated (data or add columns and rows), how can I remove this change.

And also I am not able to change the title background separately, I can only change title's background by operating 'title' tag. I cannot change titles' color by giving some titles a tag and change the background of that tag. Does anyone have ideas on this?
