Archive the project

Hi,

I have made some research about the status of this project (Reddit, Telegram, Github). It seems that it is dead or at least not actively maintained.
It would be great to mark it as archived so people do not lose time trying to set up the environment ending in a dead end.

And @ultranymous (the dev of the fork) has not enabled issued so it's hard to know what's up

I think STC still exist but lot of details are missing. The library can be accessed via telegram bots only and their uploader channel is still actively generating requests and getting articles/papers.
