Having a look around in the NHS Front end toolkit theres a few components that could work?

Like these options, I think there is a design mock up of one that looks just like one of these. @marianthi-design could you add in the UX one to this issue?

If we could move the blue line at the bottom great, if not let's leave it without a line on the left. Just a plain card. So that it looks different visually to the replies.
