[FEATURE] S3 Backend for Volumes

Summary

While S3 Backend is usable for Repositories to backup to, I would like to be able to backup my S3 to others.

Motivation / Use case

Runnung my self-host S3 with garage. So I want to be able to backup those files to a backup location.
For this I need to be able to create a Volume with the S3 Backend, but this option is only doable with rsync (I think). Would be awseome to have the S3 backend accesable for Volumes too.

Hello, you can already with the rclone option indeed. Why not, we could add a primary option in s3 doing the rclone mounting for you
