Our Sei node was retired on 11 August 2026 and is not being replaced, so rpc.nodeflare.app/sei/public no longer serves that chain and returns a 404. Removing the entry we added in #2923 so chainlist does not hand users a dead endpoint. Our other 22 entries are unchanged and still live.

Verified against the live RPC before opening: eth_chainId 0x1ea7 = 7847, matches chainId and networkId baseFeePerGas 0x3b9aca00 on the latest block eth_feeHistory returns a baseFeePerGas series eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas answers so EIP155 and EIP1559 are both claimed on measurement, not assumption. The endpoint serves valid TLS and returns Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * exactly once on both the preflight and the POST, so browser wallets can use it. Note: tests/check-duplicate-keys.js currently fails on extraRpcs.js and chainIds.js with 'Octal escape sequences are not allowed in strict mode'. That failure is present on a clean checkout without this change - verified by removing this file and re-running - and is unrelated to it.
