Currently Airbnb uses the following criteria to choose a super host - Host Listings, Reviews/month, ratings and cancellations. We used the reviews given by customers and using topic modeling techniques to discover hidden topic based techniques to see reviews, and consider reviews as one of the criteria to identify hosts as superhosts.
