v1.30.0 derives every check's severity from its contract effect, and three fixtures pinned counts that moved. The changelog pair gains two errors (api-security-removed and api-security-scope-added rose from info) and the petstore pair loses two warnings that dropped to info. The fail-on test's premise moved out from under it: both its warnings were response-optional-property-removed, now informational, leaving the fixture with no breaking changes at all and nothing for fail-on: ERR to tolerate. The revision now also removes a query parameter, which stays a warning, so the test again proves a warning does not trip fail-on: ERR.
