update the "just-the-docs" version from 0.7.0 to 0.10.1

The adopted version (0.7.0) does not allow to correctly have multiple levels of menu and hence the navigation between pages is not working properly, hiding also menu items.

Is it possible to update it to the latest version (0.10.1)?
It solves the issues and has a lot of other improvements.

I could, however switching from the current version (0.4.0.rc3) to 0.10.1 is no small feat since the new version has a different project structure and the customizations done to have the federated behaviour will have to be done again from scratch. So that might take some time.
