Duplicate event.wsdl files

There are two seemingly the same files (but they differ):

• https://github.com/onvif/specs/blob/development/wsdl/ver10/events/wsdl/event.wsdl
• https://github.com/onvif/specs/blob/development/wsdl/ver10/events/wsdl/event-vs.wsdl

I guess that the right one is the first one and so the https://github.com/onvif/specs/blob/development/wsdl/ver10/events/wsdl/bw-2-vs-mod.wsdl is also not needed?
Probably some leftovers.

The file event-vs.wsdl is provided for compiling with Visual Studio which has a bug for more than a decade that clashes when an operation has the same name as the port type. As the actual issue is in bw-2.wsdl a modified version of the file is provided
