Fix current code coverage summary and guarantee 100% coverage

With 7f6baa8 a code coverage solution was given, but it has some errors on some corner cases. Because of this, this issue will try to:

• Make sure that the coverage report is as expected.
• Make sure 100% coverage is guaranteed.
