Create some notebooks as tutorials

It would be great to implement and provide some notebooks, these will be useful as tutorials and documentation.

Few notebooks can be implemented to show different aspects of pyOskar:

• variant filter capabilities, filtering variants by many different parameters and mode of inheritance
• variant facets or aggregation stats
• variant stats
• GWAS analysis, HWE, ...
