This pull request updates the .github/CODEOWNERS file, changing the owner of /feature/ethernet/ to @alokmtri-g and /feature/routing_policy/ to @openconfig/featureprofiles-owner-bgp. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
move policy into a group to avoid loading a single engineer.
Change Ethernet from non existent employee to alok who is taking care of over all merging.
Long term we need to add groups for other single engineers too. which is not there yet
