  • Objective: Verify that gNMI state streaming (specifically interface counters and AFT states) remains stable and within latency SLOs while the device is actively processing high-rate routing/gRIBI updates.
    • Interfaces Used: gNMI, gRIBI
    • Expected Outcome Summary:
      • Establish active gNMI subscriptions for interface counters and generate high-rate traffic
      • Simultaneously, inject a continuous stream of gRIBI route modifications (churn).
      • We monitor the gNMI stream and expect the device to continue streaming interface counters at the configured interval without packet drops, session disconnects, or latency spikes exceeding defined maximum
    • Success Metrics:
      • Subscription Stability: The gNMI session does not disconnect or report sync loss during control plane churn.
      • On-time Delivery: 100% of telemetry updates are received within the configured interval (no starvation).
      • Data Accuracy: Interface counters match the actual traffic volume sent by the ATE
