Introduce onchain sender attribution for `createOrder` transactions on EVM networks by appending an ERC-8021 data suffix to the transaction calldata. This allows for improved order attribution without relying solely on `metadata.apiKey`. Update documentation to include sender code details, suffix layout, encoding examples in multiple programming languages, and guidelines for appending the suffix to transactions. Update changelog to reflect this new feature.
