docs(profile): align organization profile with North Star

Summary

• center the organization profile on the North Star promise and current pre-1.0 maturity
• use the same concise product definition as the public website
• present phoxal.com as the project vision and public introduction
• route current APIs, commands, support, contribution, and licensing details to their owning repositories
• replace the legacy external logo and status badges with a durable text header

Context

The organization profile is a public entry point, but its previous positioning still described a narrower architecture and treated phoxal.com as technical documentation.
This change gives visitors a stable explanation of the product without duplicating implementation details that can drift from the owning repositories.

• exact North Star phrase, maturity line, and product definition assertions
• stale phrase, legacy logo, badge, and em dash absence checks
• GitHub Markdown API render
• live resolution checks for phoxal.com and every linked public repository

This is a documentation-only change and does not alter reusable workflows or repository policy.
It is intended to merge after phoxal/website#14 so the linked public introduction carries the same language first.
