Part of #5447 (follows #5483).
RemotingNG, CodeGeneration and RemoteGen were imported after #5156 and #5463 and carry none of the 2.0 attributes. This brings them in line with the core:
[[nodiscard]]on getters, queries, factories and scoped guards,[[noreturn]]on always-throw functions andrethrow()overrides,POCO_DEPRECATEDon the credentials setters.[[nodiscard]], 3[[noreturn]]; the two ignoredFrameQueue::handleFrameresults are asserted.Transport::setUsername/setPassword/getUsername/getPassword(SOAP, JSONRPC, REST) deprecated in favor ofsetCredentials()/getCredentials(); library, testsuites, samples and user guides migrated.Tests: macOS clang and Linux GCC full builds with tests and samples; 676 CppUnit cases pass on both; clang-tidy and cppcheck report nothing new on the changed lines.
Follow-ups (separate issues): RemoteGen neither propagates attributes from the input header nor emits them on generated overrides;
ClientHelper.hdefines the server helper macro.
