Pavlos Zgourelis

Statistics and Insurance Science student at the University of Western Macedonia, with a growing focus on data analysis, relational databases, and applied statistical research.

I am currently developing practical experience through academic and portfolio projects using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and structured datasets. I am also beginning to learn Python for future applications in statistics and data analysis.

Single-Use Plastics: Questionnaire-Based Excel and SQL Analysis

An academic data-analysis project examining single-use plastic consumption, environmental awareness, reusable alternatives, behavioral intentions, and perceived barriers among residents of Grevena, Greece.

The project follows a complete data workflow:

Questionnaire design → Excel coding and validation → Relational database implementation → SQL analysis → Interpretation and multilingual web presentation
