Docs: SLM_DAEMON_URL is documented for hub/remote clients but nothing reads it #142

Description

@bgausden

Problem

docs/distributed-deployment.md L128–132 tells Hub/OpenClaw hosts to point at a remote SLM with:

SLM_DAEMON_URL=http://192.168.50.144:8765

No code in src/ reads SLM_DAEMON_URL (grep -rn SLM_DAEMON_URL src/ returns nothing). The only URL override that exists is SLM_HOOK_DAEMON_URL, which deliberately rejects non-loopback hosts. A user following the doc gets no remote connection and no error.

Proposed change

Correct the doc: replace the SLM_DAEMON_URL snippet with the mechanism that actually works for remote clients — an HTTP MCP entry pointing at http://<host>:8765/mcp/<agent_id> (already documented further down the same page), or slm connect --transport http-mcp-remote for stdio-only clients. Whether a real SLM_DAEMON_URL should exist is a design question for #138, not this fix.
