processedExtensions starts as undefined and is set asynchronously via useEffect. The debounced search effect could fire before it was ready, causing "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'extensionsValues')". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…dition The Quarkus test framework runs separate augmentations per test profile, all writing to the same Web Bundler output directory. The second augmentation clears the first's files. When the non-Playwright augmentation ran last, community-app bundle files were deleted, causing NoSuchFileException or silent render failures. Fix by: - Enabling community-app bundle via test resources (bypasses profile resolution issues with BUILD_TIME map config) - Removing PlaywrightTestProfile (no longer needed, eliminates the second augmentation entirely)
