Enables provisioning a Jenkins CI Server for PHP Project using Puppet 2.6+ Contais most of the PHPQATools (http://phpqatools.org), a template job (http://jenkins-php.org) and its plugins.
Tested against CentOS 5.7 & Ubuntu 11.10
include jenkins4phpBe sure to run git submodule update --init before building.
