Steps to reproduce

1. Add app repository to HA either manually or via button on GitHub.
2. Try to install Hauser.

Expected behaviour

I would expect Hauser to install.

Actual behaviour

The installation fails with a pop-up saying

Failed to install app

An unknown error occurred with app 1c0bb38f_hauser. Check Supervisor logs for details

The logs are added below. The latest release on GitHub is v0.20.2, but the install tries to pull version v0.20.3, which means no image is found.

The image that Home Assistant tried to pull is available now and I was able to install it as expected. Looks very nice so far!

Confirmed, and thank you for the log line. It names the cause exactly.

The App manifest on main carries the version the Supervisor pulls, and the Git tag is what builds the image. Until now the release pushed main first and the tag afterwards. Between those two steps the manifest advertised a version whose image did not exist yet, and every install failed with manifest unknown. You hit that window on 0.20.3.

The release now runs the other way round: the tag goes first, the workflow builds and publishes the multi-architecture image, and only then does main make the new version visible. The window is gone.

v0.20.5 is the first release published in that order. Installing from the repository should work straight away.
