馃殽 Resolves CX-3830

馃О Changes

Adds JSON upload and export for glossary terms using the endpoints in readme#21051.

  • rdme glossary upload glossary.json merges project terms by default. --replace replaces them, and --dry-run previews the result without saving. Group terms in the file are ignored.
  • rdme glossary export glossary.json exports project terms. --include-group also includes inherited Enterprise group terms in a separate list.

Both commands use the existing project API key authentication. The API changes need to be deployed before these commands can be used.

馃К QA & Testing

  • Upload a glossary, preview changes with --dry-run, and replace it with --replace. Invalid input should fail before uploading.
  • Export with and without --include-group. Null group terms are omitted, while an empty group list is preserved.
  • Upload an exported file and confirm only project terms are sent.
