P1 Node 20 installs fail

rdme still says it supports Node 20.10, but this bump makes @oclif/core require Node 22. If someone installs rdme on Node 20 with npm’s engine-strict setting, the install fails before they can run the CLI. Keep a compatible core version, or raise rdme’s stated Node requirement and update the Node 20 release job.
