P1 Supported Node installs fail

If someone installs rdme on Node 20 or 21 with npm's engine-strict setting enabled, npm rejects the new chalk@6.0.1 dependency because it requires Node 22. rdme still says it supports Node 20.10 and newer, so those users cannot install it. Keep chalk on a compatible version or raise rdme's stated Node requirement.
