Consider changing settings/info.dat location from WorkingDirectory to users LocalAppData.

When running from shortcuts this can change what the apps "WorkingDirectory" is located. This was causing me crashes because somehow the cryptography padding was off when trying to load SAM. If the files were stored in LocalAppData this problem wouldnt have happened.

Also might want to put some exceptions around the cryptographic calls so that at least the app doesnt crash without telling the user what went wrong.
