docs(changelog): link the advisory for the session.qr fix - #1621

The invite-code entry links its advisory; the session.qr entry describes the same kind of gap and should point at its own, so a reader of the release notes can reach the affected and patched ranges.

The invite-code entry in the 0.23.5 Security section links its advisory. The
session.qrentry describes the same kind of gap and had no link, so a reader of the release notes could not reach its affected and patched ranges.session.qrentry.Verification:
npm run test:docspasses, including the changelog section checks, and prettier is clean.
