Vuoro is a Pebble smart watch app for finding the next departing public transport from stops near you in Finland. It uses your phone's GPS to locate your nearest stops and shows the next lines departing from them. Vuoro works across the Finnish cities served by the Digitransit feeds — including Helsinki and Tampere (buses and trams) and bus networks in many other cities such as Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lahti, Joensuu, Lappeenranta and more. The detected city is shown in the menu header. This source supports all currently available Pebble models, including the Pebble 2 which was the last Pebble smart watch released before Fitbit acquired Pebble.
Find nearby stops
Vuoro uses your phone's GPS to locate the nearest stops for you, listing the closest ones in order from nearest to farthest. Each stop shows its name and the distance to it, so you can tell stops apart even when GPS accuracy varies between locations and phone models. Bus and tram stops are marked with mode icons, and zone information is shown where available.
See the next departing lines
When you choose a stop, Vuoro shows the next departing lines from it. For each line the line number, destination and departure time are shown. Departures use the operator's real-time predictions when they are available, falling back to the scheduled time otherwise.
Pin your favourite stops
You can pin the stops you use most so they are always one tap away, without having to rely on GPS to find them again. Long-press a nearby stop to add it to your pinned stops list.
