Bind the Nix package to v0.1.0 - #33

Conversation
Bind both supported Linux systems to the signed v0.1.0 tarball hashes and pin the nixpkgs input so a clean checkout can evaluate without inventing dependency state. Keep the injectable package helper for future release versions. Constraint: Only x86_64 has current native non-skipped Nix build proof Rejected: Keep fakeHash behind the helper | leaves the default flake intentionally unbuildable after release Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Reversibility: clean Directive: Update version, both hashes, and flake.lock deliberately for future Nix publication changes Tested: Signed manifest verification, SRI conversion, x86_64 containerized nix build, docs and requirements gates Not-tested: Native aarch64 Nix build Related: #28

The AArch64 hash is signature/checksum-bound, but no native AArch64 Nix build was run in this change.
