Feature Request: Help participants understand how to use the app

Timeful has been working well for my group scheduling needs, but I don't think it's immediately obvious how to the Availability Groups pages as a participant. I ended up putting these instructions in the Description:

To adjust your availability, you can either:

• Update your connected calendars. Use events set to "Busy". (Google Calendar, maybe other software, set multi-day events to "Free" by default.)
• Manually override here by clicking "Edit availability". You can then click and drag to "paint" time blocks.

Might be helpful to include that information, i.e. through:

• Helper text in the UI
• Tooltips
• An interactive walkthrough
• A help page/video

Hmm, I'm now seeing that this is covered in several places:

• The "Add availability" modal

  

• The modal at the bottom when editing availability

  

• The demo video

The video is linked from the homepage, but not from the event / availability group page. Therefore, participants that receive a link probably won't see it.

Therefore, more specific suggestions:

• When editing availability, give some explanation of how the manual availability works relative to the connected calendars, including the bit about Free/Busy.
• Add "Help" to the navigation, even if it's just a link to the video.
