Summary
Follow-up to scverse/scverse.github.io#302, which shrinks the tutorial cards. Descriptions ran past the four-line clamp and got truncated.
Checked that nothing is clipped at widths from 600px to 1600px. #298 gets the same treatment on its own branch.
