Squidpy's Xenium notebook reads the dataset with spatialdata-io into a SpatialData object and then runs quality control, clustering and spatial statistics, so it covers both packages. It replaces the SpatialData reading notebook, which it supersedes.

spatialdata-iointo a SpatialData object, then runs quality control, clustering and spatial statistics, so one card covers both packages.Spatial now holds three cards: this one, squidpy on Vizgen mouse liver, and CellCharter. SpatialData is still represented by "Introduction to SpatialData" under Data structures.
