GMC - General Markup Creator

To start GMC:

1. Install gmc (python -m pip install git+https://github.com/senyai/gmc.git)
2. Optionally install extra libraries (python -m pip install opencv-python pillow numpy)
3. Run python -m gmc

To build GMC whl file:

Run python -m pip wheel . --no-deps
